Members of every faith and no faith are welcome. The "sermon" is only as religious as you make it. Most days it's a short reading, a longer breath, and a stronger week ahead.
A private programming relationship with a master coach. Begins with a 90-minute intake — assessment, goals, history, life context — and produces a programmed block tailored to where you are and where you're going.
Sessions are weekly or bi-weekly. Programming is delivered in the member app and updated continuously. By application; coaches accept a maximum of eight private clients each.

No. Faith is welcome here, never required. Most of our group sessions have no spiritual element at all. The Sunrise Sermon offers an optional 10-minute devotional close — you're free to skip it, sit in silence, or stay and listen. The "pray" in our name is an invitation, not a litmus test.

Half our members started here. Strength Lab is programmed for beginners and advanced lifters in the same session — your block is individualized. Coaches teach the lifts from the ground up; there's no expectation that you "already know."

Open gym: Mon–Fri 5am–10pm, Sat–Sun 6am–8pm. Group sessions run from 5:30am to 7:30pm on weekdays. Full schedule lives in the member app once you join.
